The fees paid by a natural person who is an IEEE Member are outside the scope of VAT.
VAT must be applied to a payment made by any other person or a third entity (such as universities or companies).
Included in the registration fee:
- Participation to all the technical sessions
- Lunches and coffee breaks for the whole school (5 days)
Student WORKSHOP
SSIE will feature a half-day student workshop on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, where students can present their research activity. The best presentation will receive an award, jointly presented by the IEEE Italy Section and the Department of Information Engineering (DEI) at the University of Padova.
